Welcome Perspective Players and Parents,
Thank you for attending the 2024-25 Belleville Bulls U12 AA
Tryouts, my name is Donivan Munro, and I
will have the pleasure of coaching the team this upcoming
season.
Due to numbers, and changes to the tryout rules by the OMHA,
I have decided the most fair and
efficient way to run tryouts is to break the players into
two groups, with each group skating for 40
minutes Saturday and Sunday. There will also be a third
skate Monday April 29 th , that everyone will
attend, that will be run as a scrimmage.
After the 3 rd skate I will be deciding, based on
evaluations, on who will continue through the tryout
process, and who will not.
During tryouts, my evaluators and I will be watching the
kids and evaluating them on their skating
ability, puck handling ability, hockey smarts/senses,
compete level, listening ability, and attitude.
